Project Defination
The website that i need to redesign is FitnessFirst. Once i get this website, i have been go through this website and see through. The 1st slight when i saw this website i have a little bit dissapointed because actually this fitnessfirst is a quite huge company, it hav 500 outlet in the worldwide but the website is abit boring when i see through. It is just a same template and repeated using the template. Somemore I also found that this website got alot of link, arround 150++ pages, and some pages actually is repeated. So when is my turn to redesign i will try to combine some pages and cut out some information.

Current Site's Analysis Goals
My goal is to make it more attractive and fresh looking. The Keyword of my brain is Energtic, Fresh, Active, Happy! The navigation bar there actually some of them i found that is useless, so i will delete it. The banner i will make it at the bottom and the link i will difference it, change the link. So the main navigation i will arrange more properly and in proper sequence.
I aslo will add on some little flash and animating.


Client's Analysis
Fitness First Gym & Health Club started as a single health and fitness club in Bournemouth, UK in 1992.Since then,it have grown quite a bit largest gym, health and fitness club group in the world with more than 1.5 million Fitness First members in over 550 clubs worldwide. Fitness First helping people lose weight. It’s about changing people lives.Join their world class group exercise classes led by our certified instructors.They have a motto at Fitness First that sets us apart – Real People, Real Resultssay that people achieve their health and fitness goals with Fitness First than at any other fitness club! They are proud of the result and they will continue this goal to help ppl become more healthy.



Short term and long term
The short term goal, i will more focus on the latest promo. Keep changing the image by using flash to make it more live. For the long term goal i will change the layout become more artistic and more attractive to see it. So i may add on some animating in my main page.


Target Audience
This fitnessfirst is more focus on teenager that is 18 year old above, so that is consider all is adult. So in my design i will make it look more mature and artistic. I maintain the cooperate colour.

This is outlet at The Curve. It doesn't allow me to shoot, so i just shoot the front do of the fitnees center. I also had communicate with the desk clerk said that i'm the studet from TOA, actually i redesign of your websitethen can i go inside to have a short shooting, then she said cannot it might be needed to asking the manager at Damansara Height.
